Jurnal Tekstil: Jurnal Keilmuan dan Aplikasi Bidang Tekstil dan Manajemen lndustri is a peer-reviewed Open Access Journal which is published by Research and Community Service Unit of Akademi Komunitas Industri Tekstil dan Produk Tekstil Surakarta. Starting from Vol 5 No 1 June 2022, Jurnal Tekstil is published twice a year in June and December. Jurnal Tekstil publishes original research articles as well as review articles in several engineering fields. The subject areas covered by this journal covers broad themes in the fields of textile, apparel and garment, engineering, and industrial management both related to the production process and other supporting processes. The scope includes textile and apparel manufacturing process, textile industrial management, textile material and products, process optimization and textile industrial systems, as well as other supporting processes such as supply chain management, maintenance management, quality control, and ergonomics. 

We accept articles in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. All submitted manuscripts will be initially reviewed by editors and are then evaluated by reviewers through the double-blind review process. This is to ensure the quality of the published manuscripts in the journal. Author has to make sure that the manuscript has been prepared using the journal's template following the author guidelines. Every manuscript published is free of charge.
