Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • Naskah belum pernah diterbitkan sebelumnya, dan tidak sedang dalam pertimbangan untuk diterbitkan di jurnal lain (atau sudah dijelaskan dalam Komentar kepada Editor).
  • File naskah dalam format dokumen OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, atau RTF.
  • Referensi yang dapat diakses online telah dituliskan URL-nya.
  • Naskah diketik dengan teks 1 spasi; font 12; menggunakan huruf miring, bukan huruf bergaris bawah (kecuali alamat URL); dan semua ilustrasi, gambar, dan tabel diletakkan dalam teks pada tempat yang diharapkan, bukan dikelompokkan tersendiri di akhir naskah.
  • Naskah mengikuti aturan gaya selingkung dan bibliografi yang disyaratkan dalam Panduan Penulis.

Author Guidelines

 

Authors who publish articles must use journal templates and pay attention to writing instructions. Manuscripts not adhering to the instructions will be returned for revision without review. The Chief Editor reserves the right to return manuscripts that are not prepared in accordance with the Jurnal Tekstil (JUTE)’s guidelines.

General instructions

  1. Articles may be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English.
  2. Abstract must be written in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  3. The length of the submitted paper should be between 6 - 15 pages, including references.
  4. Manuscripts written in Indonesian should be in accordance with the General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling (PUEBI). 
  5. Articles should be written using Microsoft Word file format (doc/docx). We do not accept other formats like LaTex or PDF.

  6. Manuscript sections are written in the following order:

    Judul/Title

    Profil Penulis/Author Profile

    Abstrak dan Kata Kunci/Abstract and Keywords

    1. Pendahuluan/Introduction
    2. Metode Penelitian/Research Method
    3. Hasil dan Pembahasan/Results and Discussion
    4. Kesimpulan/Conclusion

    Ucapan Terima Kasih/Acknowledgments (If Any)

    Daftar Pustaka/References

  7. It is highly recommended to utilize the reference management provided by the Mendeley application, EndNote, or Microsoft Word for reference management and formatting, and choose APA style.
  8. Appendixes are not to be permitted to the journal (all figures and tables should be included in the body text).
  9. You need to log in into this website to submit your paper, which requires you to be registered.

Authors who publish with Jurnal Tekstil (JUTE) agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
  2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
