Pengaruh Tingginya Angka Honey dew terhadap Pencapaian Target Produksi di Mesin Pre Drawing pada Proses Pembuatan Benang CD 40’s

Abstract

Pada unit spinning 2 PT Dan Liris, penulis menemukan beberapa mesin yang produktivitasnya kurang maksimal sehingga tidak bisa mencapai counter atau target produksi yang sudah ditentukan. Dilihat dari monitoring harian pencapaian produktifitas atau counter mesin, mesin Pre Drawing Toyoda / tahun 1982 tipe DY-2C No. B2 termasuk salah satu mesin yang produktivitasnya rendah dan tidak mencapai target. Data kwalitas kapas dari pihak gudang kapas, pengujian honey dew untuk material yang dipakai dalam proses pembuatan benang Cd 40 menunjukkan angka 4.9 melebihi standar yang di tentukan yaitu 4.5. Sehingga, dari pernyataan diatas dicurigai penyebab paling memungkinkan terjadinya lapping yang mengakibatkan seringnya stop mesin dan rendahnya produktivitas mesin pada mesin Pre Drawing Toyoda / tahun 1982 tipe DY-2C No. B2 pada proses benang CD 40 karena tingginya angka honey dew. Sehingga harus dilakukan penanganan dengan cara penyemprotan kapas dengan trash miracle dan perawatan di bagian top roller yang sering mengalami lapping yaitu dengan pencucian toprol dengan sabun, kemudian pelumasan spiritus dan terakhir pemberian bedak tabur. Setelah dilakukan penanganan terjadi peningkatan pencapaian hasil produksi dari rata-rata sebelumnya 9218.7 yard menjadi 9490.4 yard setelah perbaikan.

In PT Dan Liris' spinning unit 2, the author found several machines whose productivity was less than optimal so that they could not reach the predetermined counter or production target. Judging from the daily monitoring of productivity achievements or machine counters, the Toyoda / 1982 Pre Drawing Machine type DY-2C No. B2 is one of the machines whose productivity is low and does not reach the target. Cotton quality data from the cotton warehouse, honey dew testing for the material used in the process of making Cd 40 yarn shows the number 4.9 exceeding the specified standard, which is 4.5. Thus, from the statement above, it is suspected that the most probable cause of lapping resulting in frequent machine stops and low machine productivity on the Pre-Drawing Toyoda / 1982 type DY-2C machine No. B2 on the CD 40 thread process due to the high honey dew rate. So it must be handled by spraying cotton with the trash miracle and maintenance on the top roller which often experiences lapping, namely by washing the toprol with soap, then lubricating spiritus and finally giving powder. After handling, there was an increase in the achievement of production results from the previous average of 9218.7 yards to 9490.4 yards after repair.
